Foundation Contractor
Hiring a general contractor is one the best decisions you can make when building your project. But we all know of the “unforeseen” in the bidding process for a concrete foundation: that unwelcome surprise that could delay the project and/or lead to additional costs.
Hiring a foundation contractor like Gosnell Poured Walls, Inc., who anticipates the unforeseen problem, and knows what adjustments to make, empowers you to resolve unforeseen issues in a timely and cost effective manner and keep your project on track. Let Gosnell Poured Walls, Inc. be your foundation contractor.
The Footer: The start to most building foundations
Residential, commercial, industrial or agricultural: almost every type of building has a concrete footer under it. The footer is probably the most critical component in the construction of any project. The average footer is not that complex, and is fairly easy to install. But it must be installed correctly by a foundation contractor in order to do its job.
On the average residential home, Gosnell Poured Walls, Inc. can install the footer within ten hours. Of that time; eight hours the first day will be spent framing the footer and pouring concrete, and approximately two hours the following day will entail removing the concrete forms. after that, you are ready for the next step of the concrete foundation process.
The Walls
After your footer is installed and all corner points have been laid, you are ready for the forming of the walls. The concrete forms snap together like Legos™ and are locked in place with special hardware. Gosnell Poured Walls, Inc.. has a wide array of concrete forms on hand, capable of making almost any shapes or sizes.
Once the forms are all locked together and erected , we then double check all measurements and diagonals, making sure your foundation is true and precise. After all openings and or any miscellaneous objects are installed in the forms, we are then ready to begin pouring concrete.
Following a short concrete curing process, the concrete wall forms will then be removed similarly to the way they were erected. With Gosnell Poured Walls, Inc.; this entire process of forming and pouring concrete walls on a residential foundation will take approximately fourteen hours within a two-day period. At its completion, you have a solid concrete foundation to build on.
Retaining/Landscape Walls: Enhance The Beauty of Your Property
Not only providing foundations for homes and commercial buildings, your foundation contractor can also provide retaining, landscape and decorative walls that can be used in many different applications. Any where from retaining walls on a walkout basement to making decorative walls at the entrance of your property.
As you will see in the photos at Gosnell Poured Walls, Inc., we are not limited to ordinary concrete walls. Gosnell Poured Walls, Inc. can slope, step, install 90 degree corners, install 45 degree corners, and/or a radius. By adding some of the characters to your wall, it then becomes a work of art, it makes your average poured concrete wall become more appealing, which overall will increase the value of your property.
