Who Are We?
Gosnell Poured Walls, Inc. is located in Newark, Ohio about 30 miles east of Columbus. Currently we have several active projects in the Central Ohio area. We have also worked on projects in Kentucky and West Virginia.
Our Company's History
Gosnell Poured Walls, Inc has been in business servicing all of Ohio since 1992. The company started doing business with only one crew consisting of owner & founder Andy Gosnell and his five employees. With only the most essential tools and equipment, this crew alone managed to do well over 75 foundations in its first year in business.
In 2006 Gosnell Poured Walls, Inc hit its peak of 150 residential foundations with 14 employees on our foundation crews. Each year we have moved forward, adding new products and offering a wider variety of services to our customers, making us more diverse and giving us an edge over the competition. By 2006 we had reached a total work force of 20 employees.
Our Company's Future
The 2007 residential housing slump created a set back for the residential foundation market resulting in a reduction to our work force for 2008. Through strategic planning and restructuring, we project our 2008 gross annual revenue to at least double that of 2006. By midyear we should be back to full staffing once again.
